Expectant Mother

Traveling by air is considered safe for women while they are pregnant. Carriage of an expectant mother (pregnant woman) on Aerodili aircraft is governed as per the following policy:

Multiple or complicated pregnancy
Aero Dili cannot accept expectant mothers with multiple or complicated pregnancies in their > 32rd week of pregnancy or beyond for travel
Beginning of 36th week and beyond Aerodili cannot accept expectant mothers in their 36th week of pregnancy or beyond for travel

Doctor's Medical Certificates shall include the following information:

  • Patient's name and date of birth
  • Estimated date of delivery
  • Confirmation of an uncomplicated single pregnancy OR a multiple or complicated pregnancy
  • Confirmation that patient is 'Fit to Travel' for the entire flight
  • Provide medical recommendation (certificate ) prior to travel in 5 days 120 hour and fitness for air travel
  • ⁠Fill form of indemnity ( FOI ) provided by company
  • Date Stamp & contact details of a qualified doctor
